Hi there feel free to explore my page, and make contact when you feel ready to take action. Whatever that looks like for you. I love what I do and it has all evolved from my life's journey so far.
I'm passionate about families and in particular Mum's health & wellbeing. My friend that was taken to soon, always said "If Mum's ok the families ok". I believe there is a lot of truth in that. But sadly Mum's and Dads put themselves well down the list, and the whole family can suffer.
Everything I offer is aimed towards creating a calmer more fulfilled you. I look forward to meeting you.
